Michelle has had a long-time concern for the victimization of women and girls. She is driven to make an impact in as many lives as she can in her lifetime.  She combines skills she has acquired through her varied background that includes being a  high school youth group director, co-creator and developer of a bi-annual teen convention, volunteer coordinator for two rape crisis centers, corporate trainer and speaker, entrepreneur, and  church consultant. When Michelle is not speaking to groups, leading FUSIoN programs or consulting, she enjoys CrossFit workouts, going on adventures with her husband or spending time with her family.

It takes a team of dedicated volunteers to create something this fabulous.
Meet the team that has helped created and launch FUSIoN.

Feeling like you belong makes all the difference.

Self Worth

Our founder, Michelle Jenks

Every girl is worth celebrating.

About The FUSIoN Project

Our mission is to help girls find a strength in owning and celebrating who they are. We provide free after school programs for junior high girls to help them discover their unique gifts, develop strong character and empower them. Each gathering involves food, fun and fusion--discussions about life.
